How long would you say does it take to grow shoulder long hair? Any "hair tips"? I dont use any cosmetics, shampoo, hair dryer or similar
@love In september 2024 I cut my hair very very short and it grew back to should length in about a year i’d say, but i was also using lots of heat and hair dye so there was significant damage which didn’t help growth so it’s good if you’re avoiding stuff like that.
my hair grows much faster now that i stopped using those things.
when i wash my hair i make sure to massage my scalp as i find it helps with hair growth, imagine your hair in 8 sections and then massage those sections individually.
using rosemary can also help with hair growth anywhere i find.
when my hair is wet i very rarely brush it or towel dry it as that can easily damage your hair -
