I need to get my lymph nodes cleared becuase i am tired as an old man in my youth , the solution to this is taking a hot bath but the problem is i cant handle more than 30 minutes at 105f.
My proposed solution is getting a water pump blanket that can heat your body at the needed temperatures at night , some of them go to 160f. In order to not not get harmed by emfs you need to buy one that works with a water heated system like th ones sold by AquaBed https://www.aquabedwarmer.com/

Aajonus adviced some clientes to get heated water bottles to target specific zones , there is a case in which he told a man to put heater water bottles everyday for a year in his neck area in order to dissolve his lymph congestion .

He also states that heat traveling through the air rather than the water is harder to absorb , it would take around 8 hours in a sauna to get the same benefits of a lymhpatic bath.

My conclusion from all read information is that you could go to sleep with the warming blanket set at 106f and melt all the blockages of all the body during the night. If you do this daily , getting rid of all the blockages should take less than a year while sleeping.

Remember the lymph is like melting butter through a Bain-marie , its very simple just a matter of time .

Sources:We must get the lymphatic system flowing as much and as quickly as possible without causing excessive detoxifications. Often, toxic fats from cooked oils have hardened and clogged lymphatic glands and sweat glands. It takes repeated heat applications of 102-104 degrees F. for long periods to melt them; this can take years. To help a swollen area, we can apply heat with hot-water bottle(s) through much of the night. To affect the whole body, I suggest Lymphatic Baths (see under Lymphatic Congestion in the book: We Want To Live, Revised In 2005)

In a sauna or steam bath, even if you set the temperature to 110 degrees research has shown, it is estimated, you would need to be in the sauna/steam bath for about 8 hours to get the same result as you would in a hot tub for 90 minutes. This is due to the insulation factor of the air against the heat. The water in the hot tub is directly against the skin and the heat penetrates into the body far better.

In a hot tub from 105 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, you can stay in for as long as 12 to 15 hours and even go to sleep if you so desire! Such extended hot tubbing has been done successfully by many persons. But normally speaking 90 minutes is a good run of it.
If your father’s lymphatic glands and nodes in his face and neck were functioning properly, they would dissolve the dead and toxic cells into a fluid and simply perspire it through the skin. Since it cannot, his body is dumping whole dead and toxic cells into the skin.

Generally, any type of inhaled toxin and all dental injections and toothpastes with fluoride can cause cellular poisoning that can lead to basal cell skin dumping.
Consuming about 1 cup fresh pineapple with avocado or coconut cream will help the lymphatic system dissolve dead and toxic cells, so that they do not accumulate. However, your father's facial and neck lymphatic glands and nodes may be congested with trans fatty acids (hydrogenated vegetable oils - plastic fat) and never dissolve dead and toxic cells. However, it is possible to melt those fats and unblock the glands and nodes by applying hot water bottles to the face and neck nightly, for about 1 year, but not hot enough to burn the skin.

Regarding the maca alcohol i consumed , i already had diarrhea 2 times , the second one was green . I think i will take a little each week rather than everyday in order to have a slow detox.

@LUV This is very good idea actually, when i sleep using 2 normal blankets + very heavy merino wool blanket i feel much better when i wake up, the difference is the biggest if the temperature is cold in the room.

The waterpump heated blanket takes this to the next level truly. But this is great because I guess vegetable oils and others start detoxing only at high enough temperatures.

Also the material should be something that easily absorps the moisture, wool absorps moisture very easily.

@Rabbi i already ordered it , i will update when it arrives.
The material of the blanket is pure cotton which is great.
The only problem i see is that constant cleaning of the bed would have to be done to get rid of all the sweat.
