<![CDATA[Weird fermented raw liver taste from wild caught deer]]>why wild caught raw liver after fermenting for 2 months has a taste of a stomach acid mixed with a throwup taste with a chemical/ medicine taste? is this normal? or it indicates that the animal was sick because of the prominent chemical/burning taste

Like if it has rainbow film over liquid then it cant be eaten but if it has not those then it should be ok in very very small amounts.
