Alright so I have a wound in my gums behind my last molars (where my wisdom teeth used to be) bc of teeth grinding at night. My lymph node under my jaw is swollen which means my immune system if fighting an infection which is good. Anyone knows what to do? Cant eat too hard stuff cuz it hurts.
