<![CDATA[Excessive sweating]]>Does anyone know why I sweat so much? I live in a very hot and sunny country, but the people around me sweat much less than I do. Could sweating be a form of detoxification? Would that be beneficial for me?

I think it might be a sign you are not eating enough raw fat, so toxins have to leave out through the skin instead.
