Do you often feel extremely happy and fulfilled all of a sudden on this diet?
The first time this happened to me after a month and all I could really do during that moment is smile, laugh and dance. It didn't feel enough so I just started jumping and doing some random shit xd.
10 minutes later and bruh this is the happiest I think I've ever been I just wanna smile and appreciate my existence.
