Both give me insane bloat and gas.<br />
I have 2 questions:<br />
Can I fix that sensitivity by fermenting the milk for a couple of days and drinking its enlarged bacterial content in hopes my gut will adjust to milk?<br />
If both milks give me the same reaction, could I not be sensitive to A1? Is it that bad to drink frozen milk? I guess the milk and fat separate a bit but even the goy media tells us that the bacteria survived and thrives after thawing.</p>
