I'm wondering what you guys thoughts are on cooking them as it would be a waste to throw. it's just foolish from a cost & nutritional perspective.

When it come to Cooking, the protein is more bio available, it also destroys the Avidin ect.

Is it ultimately better to cook the whites because of those benefits even though you would not be 100% primal? how detrimental can it be to cook the whites?

If you're already getting excess protein to fat from meat, how's it helpful to eat egg whites without much nutrition attached to it?

The yolks are great though, besides them being not so saturated. Used to eat 4 a day and I would argue that's the amount they should be consumed if they aren't completely pasture raised.
