It's a big nono for fermenting. I only let my milk ferment cause it doesn't really touch plastic.</p>
<p dir="auto">You also need to open your jar every 2-3 days to let the bacteria balance out, and never have the lid completely closed.</p>
<p dir="auto">I don't know im not so knowledgeable about fermenting meat</p>
