<![CDATA[nausea during raw milk bath?]]>I was doing the raw milk apple vinegar bath for the first time and i felt terrible inside of the water and i kept having the feeling of wanting to vomit also when i got up i saw black and was dizzy. i dont think im allergic to apple vinegar, is this detox ? because primal people call anything like this detox, but maybe i was just dehydrated on the inside

could be a lack of electrolytes or whatever. Being submerged in hot water would do this, I imagine.
