They just have worse laws about health, food ingredients etc. Everywhere people eat grainslop and seed oils and seed oils are the worst thing to consume basically except like literal poison that would kill you instantly. Eating hydrogenated seed oils regularly as a staple for like 20-30 years has to be worse than getting 1-2 vaccines. Also you'll miss out on animal fat which will cause severe malnutrition.
