  • so aajonus's acne/dermatitis protocol calls for tomatoes as one of the main foods and from what I learned after doing some research despite them being low histamine they tell your cells to produce a shit ton of histamine which makes your skin way worse. Fermented milk and meat (or high meat) also are super high in histamine which supposedly makes your skin worse but everyone here is shilling for both of them as some sort of health indicator holy grail

@veloman God sent. I love it. I get fresh coconut water from costa rica from those green coconuts. unpasturized ofc straight from a juicer. Honestly tastes so good. I also get a gallon of raw milk every week and those are pretty much my only liquids that I focus on and I never feel like I need to drink water or anything.

@kxsprrr yeah it might not be as bad as demonized by society but its still not in our natural human diet:raw meat, raw fat, raw organs, raw blood, raw dairy, raw marrow, raw eggs, raw glands. high fructose corn syrup is probably much worse than sugar.

@AWanderer You can ferment your raw milk. It reduces inflammation and it also helps the skin. Aajonus also sees health benefits for the digestive sytem and the skin in raw fermented dairy. It's best to ferment your raw milk in 21-24 degrees celcius for around 24 hours.
