Listening to aajonus makes me break out, but i might continue listening to him

Whenever I follow the primal diet and listed remedies for my conditions, my acne and dermatitis/eczema immediately gets worse the next day and I debate whether I should continue listening to him or just try to clear my skin with an elimination diet. I would definitely listen to Aajonus if I had a timeline for how long it would take to fully clear, but if it would take years of detox or even months to clear my skin fully with the detox protocols there's no way I'm doing it. If someone could provide a timeline for how long it'd take if I listen to Aajonus perfectly for my condition it would be much appreciated

@liverman12 its not like I wouldnt eat raw meat its just if im not following aajonus it'd be a raw elimination diet

@IWantClearSkin That's just fast detox it doesn't last long really. when i started i had red marks and pimples all through my body and it dissapeared short after
