Salted raw butter
-
I know that unsalted raw butter is better cuz salt absorbs nutrients but I accidentally picked up salted raw butter from a farm store and it tastes really salty. I def like eating unsalted way better but I have like 16oz of this salted butter not sure if I should eat it or not. Would you eat salted raw butter?

No definitely not if unsalted is an option too. The salt is inorganic rock that cant be digested. The body dissociates the sodium from the chloride, where isolated sodium causes micro explosions.
So definitely not worth it if unsalted is available too, but the raw fats are good (its still way way better than heated butter).

It’s not ideal but salted raw butter is a million times better than Pasteurised. If I REALLY couldn’t get unsalted raw butter then I wouldn’t lose sleep over salted raw butter. It’s still raw butter.

@Hunterskull my cheese store fucked up my order and gave me a 500g block of salted butter. I only cut of a small bit to eat but it tasted so bad I couldn't even force myself to eat it.
