Does anybody know what it means to raw fight? (goatis fighting style)

I have seen goatis saying that he could beat anyone in a fight, simply because he fights naturally. What does he mean by that? To my understanding he means fighting "dirty" Targeting sensible body parts ( eyes, testicles and neck with biting) and using some tools to deal more damage.
The only way that I'd see this work in today's society is if you're fighting for your life in a secluded place without cameras or witnesses. If you're in public you're taking ur chances with the jury.
I also don't know how he will get so close to the person? What if they're a trained fighter? The only thing I'd see happen is goatis getting a high kick directly in the head and getting knocked out. He's already 0 and 2 in fighting eitherway. ( Fat man and guy with a baton or stick)
Please let me know your ideas aswell.

He wouldn’t get close to a trained fighter without getting jabbed a quick 1 2 in his ribs with his guard down, he’s incredibly delusional.
He doesn’t even account for headbutts, judo takedowns, sweeps.. He would not even beat fighter at an amateur level.
