You stated in a previous post you eat store chicken liver

I'll tell you what I did, I didn't have it as bad as you but my back was really red and I also had eczema on my arms.

I went pretty much fully raw but from a good source since I was in Georgia, liver was good and meat and milk were superb.

It's really important to get good quality.

I'm in Israel now and quality is worse, Its not even close to the satisfaction from the meat and dairy in Georgia.

Last Tuesday I ate a full large pizza and that didn't satiate me at all, so I ate fruits and meat that night, the day after I was really really hungry and ate 2 times the meat I normally eat.
Then on Thursday I began having migraines and detoxing, and on Friday it was really bad.

But I don't think it was specifically the pizza, I think it was my body being ready to detox and also the fact I ate lots of meat, more than normal.

So I don't think you should use some secret method to get rid of acne, since it's shit coming out of you that isn't supposed to be there in the first place, don't eat shit and eat only good quality stuff and with time it will go.

An example of environment affecting you is me having a "dust allergy" where I spit phlegm very frequently, I lived in a Georgian village for 2 weeks and barely had phlegm at all (1-2 times every few hours).

Then came back to the capital city and spat on average around 5-6 times an hour.

Now I'm in Israel and it's like 10-20 an hour.
