Fruit first thing in morning to replenish glycogen and right before bed to lower cortisol and some sugarcane juice in the day cause its approved by peat and aajonus

Then raw meats, fats, moldy berries, high meat, veg juices/sugarcane juices, organs, lube, cheese trains, coconut cream, etc.

Like

Wake up: piece of fruit
Breakfast: meat and fat and eggs
At least 1hr later: Milkshake
At least 1hr later: Veg/sugarcane juice
Lunch-ish: High mea, moldy berries, and coconut cream
At least 1hr later: 500-1L OJ before working out
Postworkout/dinner: Meat and lube
Before bed: piece of fruit

And cheese trains every 15-30 minutes whenever not eating

Another possibility is doing an exact ray peat diet except with raw meat instead of cooked meat and also with the detox methods like moldy berries, coconut cream, baths, high meat, etc.
The only issue I see with this version is that there wont be enough raw animal materials to aid in the detox

I think Peat was wrong on sugar personally because it is a drug, you are spiking your glucose. 1 fruit a day like Aajonus had is playing it safe.. but i do agree with peat on the PUFA content, even raw PUFA's not oxidized by heat.

It wouldn't be a big downside, because the sweetness in the sugarcane juice isn't from the sugars itself.

As long as there's no refined sugars, then it's good.

But why work out if you want to lower stress?

And the milkshake is according to Aajonus' formula?
