Make high meat juice, put that and a raw egg in a syringe and do a suppository
drink lots of carrtot juice

It will take multiple years atleast.
Minimum 2 years on strict primal and maximum 7 years.

Anxiety fixes will show faster progress than autism though. But both will get fixed eventually
