I spent so much time in hot baths when I had stiffness. While I was in the bath I gained my movement back and sweating out the toxins is a good play anyway. Set the bath to 110°F max

It's alright, it will get better from here. Whenever I have a detox so strong that I can't function properly I eat baked potatoes with lots of raw fat. It helps.

It probably will mean that I detox slower overall but that's better to me than not being able to function and enjoy life

i primarily ate fruits, did some raw milk cream with unripe oranges and honey and sweated out lots past few days.

I am 23.
I live in a very tropical climate, and have never eaten 'junk foods' as far back as I could remember. So this is not typical testimony. If you're only recently eating healthy, and live in a cold climate, do not listen to my advice.
I would personally not go to the doctor unless it persisted over 5 days/ got any worst after 3.
As I don't want to die, I'm not testing Aajonus' theory if it means actually putting my life at risk.

Odds are anyone else that is going to reply telling you formulas or what to do would go to the doctor themselves if they got sick, just prepping you for the larpers, taking a hot bath is NOT a good idea. You do not want to raise your body temperature any more then it already is.

Really, all doctors give you if you are running a fever/ill will give you anti-biotics/ other drugs to supress your temperature.

A high fever is only your body fighting off the illness, so the doctor will not be much help unless it was a severe problem.

Rest. Water. Food, specifically fruit. No physical exertion. Give it time.
If it becomes intolerable to the point where you feel impending sense of death. Go to the doctor.
