<![CDATA[Please help me (acne, dermatitis, dandruff, psoriasis, etc.) I want to die (pictures provided)]]>I have been raw now for 2 months consistent and its only getting worse I want to kms. I started eating raw primal strict over the summer because I wanted to ascend and have clear skin before school started and now school starts in under 2 weeks and my skin, dandruff, etc. has never been worse. My girlfriend broke up with me over the summer because she said my skin was too insufferable to look at. My teachers all tell me its caused by puberty and just genetics and I should use medicine like benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin. I'm here because I read we want to live yesterday and it gave me hope so I feel like if anyone can help me its you guys.

Fat IS THE MOST important shit in the diet, also the fact that it got worse should be a detox too (for example the seed oils coming out), its just temporary

Lubrication formula isn't topical applied, you lubricate the skin internally.

Also you need to eat liver and high meat and also the lubrication formula as they said. Implement coconut cream, as well, and if your bodyfat is above 20% implement moldy berries, 1 berry/week and if no bad symptoms then go up to 2 berries 1x/week, etc.

If the milk is A1 ditch it as some for some people raw a1 causes acne (but NEVER go pasteurized a2 raw will be better always no matter what(
