Is it true that you can only get 50% of the protein in raw eggs compared to like 90% in cooked ones?

Is it true raw egg whites have a anti nutrient?

And why is it important that food is quickly digested?

Thanks guys!

Keep in mind they are doing it on people whove never eaten raw eggs before and i dont remember if they even ate it together with the yolk

If anyone only eats eggs for the protein then theyre clueless regardless, egg white has nutrients that dont survive high heat cooking

To answer question 1 and 2 quickly, they're both true.

Cooking an egg destroys proteins and it also forms toxins, so you basically get the same amount or even more proteins with raw eggs.
But a solution to more protein absorption in eggs is to ferment it. Fermented eggs have maybe an even higher percentage of protein absorption than cooked, and fermenting also doesnt destroy nutrients.

Raw egg white does have antinutrients, but eating a whole egg is still very nutritious, still way way more than plants. Just eat only the yolk if you dont want the antinutrients. But, eating whole raw eggs doesnt cause harm with the antinutriens like plants do, so enjoy eating the whole egg.
