<![CDATA[Found my Vaccine Schedule from 2 months old until now- OVER 50]]>I was just cleaning out my room and I found my vaccine schedule that my parents saved of all my vaccinations. I have had 44 vaccines. Not including flu vaccines. Which means I have been exposed to over 50 vaccines in my lifetime. I'm 22 years old.

No wonder my body and brain have been so sick and destroyed. Unbelievable man, it's so hard to have forgiveness for my parents

  • Follow recommended daily eating schedule #2 (veg juice isnt necessary just use the extra time to start sipping on the huge milkshakes mentioned below and sip slowly)
  • Have the vaccine formula a lot
  • do cheese trains with a 2x2cm cube every 15 minutes when not eating
  • have 30-50g raw coconut cream at every meat meal with your butter and meat
  • 4 moldy berries 2x/week, 1 blueberry, 1 raspberry, 2 blackberries each time and rotate so next time is 2 blueberries, 1 raspberry, 1 blackberry, then next one 2 raspberries etc.
  • high meat, eggs, fish, oysters, organs. If possible, make all the meat/eggs/fish/shellfish/organs you eat high so youre eating it at every single meal.
  • Lube nightly + 2 32oz milkshakes (w/ half cream to half milk ratio and 3-6 eggs and as much honey as you want) per day to get fat
  • Sport drink
  • Heavily fermented kefir/clabbered milk (1-2 weeks+), 1-2 cups 1x/day
  • Fermented sugarcane juice 2x/week (different days from moldy berries)
  • Nightly 60-90 minute 105°f hot baths (keep it at 104-106 the whole time keep a thermometer with you) and keep an ice on your head to stay cool and last longer
  • Never EVER cheat or eat non primal foods

    • Follow this and you will detox very quickly it may hurt but this is the most optimal thing you can possibly do to detox in your situation i highly recommend you follow this

I've honestly still been blessed. I'm tall and above average looking from the front with an extremely attractive side profile. All the milk I've been drinking as well as the detoxing I've been doing has helped me feel better and also I've noticed my adams apple has grown and developed more correctly. It used to be only developed on the left side but now the right is developing too. It feels as though my jaw and teeth have gotten stronger and I think either my clavicals or arms have grown although I've yet to measure. I will to be sure after more time because I had my wingspan taken at 20 years old for rowing, so I know what to compare it to

I'm so lucky that I was blessed with a large appetite.

    Everyday detox syptoms include tonsil stones, spitting up phlem and mucus. Smelly pee and green poop(liver dumping bile). As well as depression.

    Then once I gain enough weight I get big detoxes, often nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
    Last time I got bacterial meningitis which aajonus said was a heavy metal detox.

    Mine is definitely mercury, I have those black spots everywhere in my iridology.
