But that was when I scooped out all the very fermented cream and had it with my meat because I didn't have any butter. Never have cream with meat. I even removed the top part of the jar that smells like alcohol and has mold on the very top.

Just be careful and don't drink it too fermented. Heavily fermented milk will cause unforgettable detox. Also probably don't do what I did. Idk how I remained fine lol.
