It delivers it and makes it available instantly and there is about 10% sugar in the unheated honey so it gives it that proportion that is necessary to make a slight bit of alcohol to utilize the fat as a fuel or solvent.”

It seems like it's saying it's very beneficial for the formula, but would you guys say its okay to not use any honey? He's never spoken about lube without honey before.
