<![CDATA[First time throwing up after detox bath]]>Normally I just detox via sweat in the hot bath. I came out of the bath yesterday and I had to throw up for the first time. Is this a harsher detox?

I think its because the bath was a little hotter, but it was not much hotter so idk.
I also had more raw unsalted cheese than usual so that might be something that added up to it.

Vomiting is very severe detox and you need to be fat to be able to handle them for hottest temp or longer periods of time
