I mean it makes sense that if the guy and the girl both consume raw animal foods and are super healthy then evolution would make them more likely to have 2-4 babies once during 1 pregnancy than the general population. Normal population are not healthy and nourished so evolution limits them mostly to 1 baby per pregnancy or infertility.
