Falling in love biologically means that your senses signals to your brain that the human you sense has attractive biological feautures (this is dependent many factors like race for example). Because of factors like race, there will be biological variations which means that you cant accurately rank sexual value based on race for example because of the enviromental adaptation and the variations in features seen as attractive depending on what type of race.

How ever certain things that determine your sexual market value is constant and not a variable depending on a factor/factors. For example all humans are supposed to have to have a properly developed maxilla as in everyone, 100% of the population, no one is excluded, because the definition of a human states that a human has a maxilla it must be properly developed and not deteriorated by definition. There will be variations of the maxilla depending on for example race, but IN GENERAL it will be wide and projected for example. You can tell when a person has recessed infra oribitals. These things should really not even exist. So you can actually rate people independetly of race.

It If humans actually werent mentally ill like today and if every human could follow their instincts from birth that influence your adverse health and developmental factors then by definition no one would have major regression of a feature which I think is accurately and acceptably described as being “almost within the correct or ideal range" as if you give a particular quality a value and put on a spectrum because there is no such thing as a truly perfect human that cant possibly be better, even if the spectrum tells you there is zero flaws. But that is only one way of defining it, and more complex definitions could describe it more accurately. Anyways, therefore its reasonable to assume that everyone would be properly developed as a logical consequence.

"Good looking" as in no major developmental deterioration and optimal health indicators. You can only have all three or none at all because the terms are interlinked - they go hand in hand. They can travel freely and communicate globally which means they have a million times more options than compared to lets say 1000 years ago. But tbh I think its nice that you have more options tho :))

But it doesnt really matter. He is still very recessed if you look at the picture and a correctly developed human would at max have a few very very slight recessions. He is not even close to be correctly developed and can therefore be very appropriately called ugly by definition.

Ugly/Good looking when judging sexual market value just means that you are not pleasing to look at because you didnt develop correctly or you are pleasing to look at because you developed correctly. Both words are purely based on development (also health indicators but i forgot to discuss it in the text) naturally.
