why after bathing in lukewarm water my skin is dry and dull, my eyes are sensitive too and when any water manages to get into my eye then it will dry out my eye for like 1 day leaving me with dry eyes feeling and needing to blink a lot more often which also results a slightly sunken look around the eyes because of the water loss And i actually end up looking worse AFTER bathing than before, please help me

You need to put the stuff (raw milk, acv etc.) in the water to neutralize the poisons.

I don't remember the exact ratios in my head but you can look up how aajonus did his hot baths.
