<p dir="auto">I'm fermenting my raw milk to make cheese and I'm wondering if the cheese will be effective for cheese trains if I take out the cream before I pour it into a cheese cloth and start making the cheese since I use the cream for other things.</p>
<p dir="auto">It would basically be cheese but without fat really.</p>
