In the water is so much garbage that damages your skin and hair. Shower filters will do very little. No shower filter will fully get rid of the garbage poison.

Take hot baths

Always take hot baths!

When you take baths, you can put the raw milk and raw acv in the water, so that these things bind with the toxins. This way you neutralize the poisons in the water. And ofcourse hot baths are extremely great for detoxification.
