<![CDATA[Going on vacation next month help me solve this dilemma]]>I will be staying for 31 days in a foreign country where my father lives

He is brainwashed and just reads some bs soyience then blindly believes it (yet acusses me of doing the same) meaning i cant eat raw meat

I will have access to raw diary there (milk/cheese/yogurt) +raw honey&fruits

The question: Should i only consume raw diary products (+honey/fruits) or should i include the cooked meat as well?

PS i literally get heavy dandruff in my eyebrows and hair whenever i consume cooked fats despite eating rawmeat since November, i don't enjoy the taste of cooked meat and it doesn't even digest flawlessly unlike rawmeat

Just do it in secret if you can. You can leave raw meat outside for it to dry and it won't ferment as quickly but it will get drier. If you have to eat cooked meat then eat very lean meat and cook it as little as possible.

Eat cooked meat only if u can cook it lightly urself
