<p dir="auto">I am also aware of the acid in milk fat lowering the candida symptoms but it doesn't fix the root issue. Ps I've tried cooked starch once (for its supposed anti-adrenaline benefits) and i got hella dandruff from it dont recommend</p>

Just wash your hair often with eggs to dissolve the buildup and rinse if you go to work or something</p>
