Also he says if youre low bodyfat you shouldn't go past 20-45 minutes but it takes 45-50 minutes for the deeper tissue and organs to warm up? Would there even be a point in doing it? And I'd imagine since you lose so much water and electrolytes in it that you should rehydrate with water and a pinch of salt but aajonus is against both, especially salt

The recipe > 1/4 - 1 cup unripe pineapple
3-6 Tbsp raw coconut cream
1-3 Tbsp unsalted raw butter
1-2 Tbsp raw dairy cream

Scaled for height >

The bromelain in the unripe pineapple breaks down lymphatic waste and the raw fats hel keep the melted congestion from re-hardening as the body cools afterward.

As for cold exposure therapy, Aajonus gives two methods. The cold dip, which is just a pool or tub filled with cold water 48-60°F (8.9-16°C), and the ice water method. You keep a bucket of ice water and hand towels nearby. Put a cold slightly moist rag on your head/neck. Put your wrists in the bucket with hands open to for up to 2 minutes.

For the cold dip, do not stay for longer than 2-3 minutes, because the congestion will re-harden undoing all your progress.

Yes, if you're under 20% bodyfat you shouldn't do the hot baths, that is what Aajonus said.

" but it takes 45-50 minutes for the deeper tissue and organs to warm up? Would there even be a point in doing it?"
Yes this is true, it does take about 45 minutes of steady soaking before the heat penetrates deep enough into the lymph glands and nodes to begin melting the toxic fats. And in a 1 hour bath you only get about 10 minutes of actual fat-dissolving. In those 10 minutes you melt off about 0.001 inches of hardened material.

Is there a point in doing these hot baths? Yes.
Is there a point in doing these hot baths if im underweight? No. You'll most likely get a fever/headache and start to feel nauseous, which is just going to make the whole experience negative and further preventing you from doing these baths.
